The Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center
Board of Directors
is pleased to announce the creation of the
“Nora Belle Comer Capital Improvements Fund”
Nora Belle Comer has served the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center for over 20 years, retiring in 2015 as Executive Director. During her tenure, Nora Belle worked tirelessly to ensure that the 4-H Center's facilities would continue to provide spaces for learning and growing.
This new fund is being created to honor Nora Belle Comer’s many years of service and leadership at the Northern Virginia 4-H Center. This fund will help us to maintain, improve and upgrade 4-H Center facilities and infrastructure so that the 4-H Center can continue to provide low-cost, educational programming to the youth and families of Northern Virginia well into the future. The first major goal for this new fund is to obtain the support necessary to provide for air conditioning in Robinson Lodge. To support this new fund, the Board welcomes your contributions.
