William Vincent Robinson Lodge features two wings of lodging rooms on the upper level, accessible from the main entrance and outside doors at the end of each wing. A large lobby and meeting area just inside the main entrance features a small stage and fireplace. It is a perfect space for meetings, social gatherings or indoor activities for medium-sized groups.

Just off the lobby are the East and West wings where guests lodge overnight. Each heated lodging room is arranged with three bunk beds and a private bath. Two handicapped-accessible rooms feature two bunk beds each. Robinson Lodge can accommodate up to 104 overnight lodgers and is heated. Guests can take in the mountain view, spectacular in all four seasons, in a rocking chair on the wide back deck.

Covered stairways provide indoor access to the lower level, which can also be accessed via the driveway on the building's west side. A large, flexible multi-purpose space on the east side is perfect for rainy-day and cold-weather activities or larger group gatherings. On the lower level's west side, another large are can be configured into one, two or three meeting spaces. Each has separate outside access. Restrooms are located in the lobby.

Parking is available on the upper level, accessible by an outside staircase or wheelchair ramp. Additional parking is available in the rear of the building, just outside the lower level entrances.
