Hello! Thank you for your interest in setting up as a vendor during our Independence Day Celebration. The event will take place on July 5, 2019 from approximately 4 PM to 10 PM. We anticipate a crowd of 1000+.
Vendors will be assigned an outdoor 10×10 space. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the availability of electricity. The cost for one space will be $50 ($25 for non-profit organizations) payable by check or credit card (4% fee will be added to cover processing). Vendors can reserve more than one space at an additional cost of $50 per space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
Our event is open to all vendors, including businesses, home-based business, crafters, elected/campaigning officials, etc.
Vendors will be reviewed to ensure we have a variety of items for attendees to browse and shop. Upon reviewing your application and being accepted, we will contact you with details of how to pay the appropriate vendor fee and with specific set up/tear down instructions.
