William Vincent Robinson Lodge features two wings of lodging rooms on the upper level, accessible from the main entrance and outside doors at the end of each wing. A large lobby and meeting area just inside the main entrance features a small stage and fireplace. It is a perfect space for meetings, social gatherings or indoor activities for medium-sized groups.
Just off the lobby are the East and West wings where guests lodge overnight. Each heated lodging room is arranged with three bunk beds and a private bath. Two handicapped-accessible rooms feature two bunk beds each. Robinson Lodge can accommodate up to 104 overnight lodgers and is heated. Guests can take in the mountain view, spectacular in all four seasons, in a rocking chair on the wide back deck.
Covered stairways provide indoor access to the lower level, which can also be accessed via the driveway on the building's west side. A large, flexible multi-purpose space on the east side is perfect for rainy-day and cold-weather activities or larger group gatherings. On the lower level's west side, another large are can be configured into one, two or three meeting spaces. Each has separate outside access. Restrooms are located in the lobby.
Parking is available on the upper level, accessible by an outside staircase or wheelchair ramp. Additional parking is available in the rear of the building, just outside the lower level entrances.
Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson Hall, often referred to as "Congressman Hall", features heating, air conditioning, and a private bath in each of it's 24 lodging rooms. Every room has outside access so guests can enjoy the breathtaking mountainside view that the 4-H Center is famous for. Built at the top of the mountain, Congressman Hall's back deck and porch are a perfect place to watch the sun set or a thunderstorm roll into Harmony Hollow, or just enjoy a quiet moment reading or reflecting.
Each room is arranged with two twin beds and one set of bunks, with two handicapped-accessible rooms on the upper floor. The lobby and upper floor are ground-level accessible from the parking lot. Lower level rooms are accessible via stairs.

The Fairfax Conference Center offers a variety of flexible meeting spaces for groups of any size. A large auditorium on the upper level features a stage and rear-projection screen, while smaller rooms on the lower level can be utilized for small groups, breakout sessions, or as indoor activity locations on rainy days.
The Conference Center is located just below Congressman Hall and can be accessed by car or on foot via covered walkways.
